Four years ago when our then 3 year old granddaughter was diagnosed with a seizure disorder, we learned that full spectrum hemp extract (CBD) was showing promise as a safe and effective treatment. We soon learned of it's potential to help manage pain, anxiety, insomnia and other issues that sometimes get in the way of doing the things we enjoy.

Once upon a time a very special Papa searched for solutions to help Jaya Riley, a very special 3 year old,  overcome a focal seizure disorder. He and Jaya's grandma wanted to explore natural alternatives to potentially harmful seizure medications. Hours turned in to days but Jaya's papa kept searching, and one day he saw the story of a group of parents who were treating their little one's seizure disorders with a little known cannabis extract called Cannabidiol or CBD. Jaya's papa and grandma then set out to learn as much as they could about CBD and whether it was a safe option that might help Jaya overcome her seizures, and after getting Jaya's mommy and physicians onboard they gave it a try.

Today, almost three years later, Jaya is practically seizure free.  Still under the care of her Kaiser neurologist, her seizures are well managed with full spectrum hemp extract and a very low dosage of her prescription seizure medication.  As an added benefit, Jaya has become more attentive, focused and verbally expressive since beginning this regimen.  We are so thankful for Jaya's amazing progress and grateful for the discovery of CBD.
